These terms apply to your use of straiit.com (the "site"), which is operated by ATBH Inc., a Delaware corporation ("Straiit", "we", "us"). By using the site you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
1. A site for a service that is not open yet
The site describes a platform that is still being built. Joining the waitlist does not create an account, an offer, a contract to trade, or any obligation on you or on us. The deals, prices, fees, routes, ratings and other figures shown on the site are illustrative examples. They are not quotes and they are not promises of future terms. When the platform opens, separate terms will apply to it.
2. No professional advice
Nothing on the site is legal, financial, tax, customs, sanctions or trade compliance advice. Talk to your own advisers before you act.
3. Using the site
You agree not to use the site unlawfully, not to interfere with it or try to reach parts of it that are not public, not to copy it in bulk by automated means, and not to give us false details or details that belong to someone else.
4. Our content
The site, the Straiit name and logo, and the text, images and design on the site belong to ATBH Inc. or to those who licensed them to us. You may view the site and share links to it. No other right or license is granted.
5. Other services
The site relies on services run by others and may link to them. We are not responsible for services we do not control.
6. Your privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle the details you give us.
7. Disclaimer
THE SITE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE". TO THE FULLEST EXTENT THE LAW ALLOWS, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR FREE OR ACCURATE.
8. Limit of liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT THE LAW ALLOWS, ATBH INC. AND ITS OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES AND PARTNERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, REVENUE OR DATA, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ABOUT THE SITE IS LIMITED TO ONE HUNDRED US DOLLARS (USD 100).
Some places do not allow some of these limits, so parts of sections 7 and 8 may not apply to you.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. The state and federal courts located in Delaware have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute about the site or these terms, and you and we accept that jurisdiction.
10. Changes
We may change these terms. We will post the new version here with a new effective date, and it applies from that date. If a part of these terms cannot be enforced, the rest stays in force.
